Returns & Refunds
Because our items are made to order or shipped directly from our partners, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
We gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
- damaged
- defective
- or incorrect
To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to cancel or modify it, as it is already in production or in transit.
